Ashley  Yvonne, Born Ashley  Yvonne Rozanski, is a proud Michigan native and now a proud New York based actress. While she grew up in front of the camera working in television, print, modeling, and commercial work, she caught the live theatre bug after being cast in her first musical (Oliver) at a local community theatre at age 7. It was instantly that she knew performing would have her heart forever. Most recently, Ashley starred as Mary Magdalene in THE CROSS AND THE LIGHT at the Detroit Music Hall along side Billboard #1 gospel recording artist Tim Bowman Jr. as Thomas and famed Detroit vocalist Kenny Watson as Jesus. Following the massive success at the Music Hall, Ashley originated the role of Mary Magdalene on the US Tour and can be heard on the original cast recording. A few of her  favorite credits include LEGALLY BLONDE (Elle Woods) for which she was the recipient of the DATCY AWARD for BEST ACTRESS in a musical, HAIRSPRAY (Tracy Turnblad), THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW (Magenta) with Meadow Brook Theatre Festival/Etico Productions, COMPANY (Marta) for which she was an Irene Ryan semi-finalist at KCACTF, HAIR (Jeannie), and SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD (Woman 1). She has had the incredible opportunity to perform in major venues such as THE LINCOLN CENTER, THE DUPLEX, 54 BELOW and more. Ashley received her BFA in Musical Theatre from Oakland University and is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA.
